- The reorganisation of the Western Cape Nature Conservation’s operations into ten business units and seven cross-cutting programs
- The review of organisation design and systems as well as HR policies and procedures of the Cape Law Society
- The implementation of a Performance Management system for the Attorneys Fidelity Fund and Cape Law Society
- The rendering of wage bargaining and industrial relations strategy advice to various companies in the clothing and textile industry

- Our knowledge management and human capital development capacity includes the management of peer review processes on behalf of the SA Cities Network, SA District Learning Network and the Local Government Learning Network in South Africa
- ODA has been instrumental in creating both the South African Cities Network and the District Learning Network, and Local Learning Networks under the auspices of the Department of Provincial and Local Government’s Knowledge Sharing Program (KSP). We are leading role players in facilitating Peer Review processes between Cities and local authorities.
